Orders & Shipping
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Each seller sets their own estimated shipping date. Your order will be shipped according to the date specified by the seller. If the seller fails to ship by the estimated date, you can request a refund at any time. For products from Korean sellers, orders are fulfilled through a U.S.-based 3PL (third-party logistics) provider and shipped domestically to you.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also check your order status in your account under "My Orders".
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we only ship within the United States.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept the following payment methods through our secure Stripe payment system:

Q: Is my payment information secure?
A: Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI Level 1 certified payment processor. We never store your card details on our servers.
Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
A: 09USA.com operates on a campaign-based model where sellers source products based on confirmed orders. Because of this, returns are only accepted for:
- Defective items — manufacturing defects
- Damaged in shipping — arrived broken or damaged
- Wrong item — received a different product than ordered
Returns for change of mind, incorrect size/color selection, or used items are not accepted. You must submit a return request within 7 business days of receiving your order. For full details, visit our Return & Refund Policy page.
Q: How do I request a return?
A: Log in to your account, go to "My Orders," find the order, and click "Return." Select the item, choose a reason, upload photos of the defect or damage, and submit. The seller will respond within 1–3 business days.
Q: How long does a refund take?
A: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to seller error.

Q: How do I create an account?
A: Click "Sign In" at the top of any page, then select "Create Account". You can also create an account during checkout.
Q: I forgot my password. What should I do?
A: Click "Sign In" then "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. We will send you a reset link.
