Apply for a vendor account

To create and manage your seller account on 09USA.com, we collect the following information:

Business Information — Your company name, description, and address are displayed to customers and used for shipping rate calculation. This information helps distinguish sellers on our marketplace.

Account Information — Your name and email address are required to create your seller admin account. You will use your email to sign in to your Seller Dashboard, receive order notifications, password resets, and other account-related communications.

Tax & Payout Information — To process payouts, we collect your bank account details and Tax Identification Number (EIN or SSN). This information is encrypted and stored securely. We are required by U.S. tax law to collect this for 1099 reporting.

We retain your data while your account is active. If you wish to close your account and have your personal data removed, or if you would like to request a copy of all personal data we hold, please contact us at cs@09usa.com.

If you believe your personal data has been misused, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the appropriate regulatory authority.
