These Seller Terms and Conditions ("Seller Terms") govern your use of the 09USA.com marketplace as a seller. By registering as a seller, you agree to these terms.

1. Seller Registration

To sell on 09USA.com, you must complete the seller registration process and provide accurate business information. We reserve the right to approve or reject any seller application.

2. Product Listings

Sellers are responsible for ensuring that their product listings are accurate, complete, and comply with all applicable laws. Prohibited items include but are not limited to counterfeit goods, illegal substances, and hazardous materials.

3. Licenses & Compliance

Seller is solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all permits, licenses, and certifications required by applicable federal, state, and local laws for the products they sell on 09USA.com.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Seller's Permits or Resale Certificates
• Cottage Food Permits (for home-prepared food products)
• Health Department Permits or Food Handler Certifications
• Business Licenses
• Any category-specific permits required by law

By listing products on 09USA.com, Seller represents and warrants that they hold all necessary permits and licenses. 09USA.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Seller account found to be in violation of applicable laws.

4. Pricing & Fees

Sellers set their own product prices. 09USA.com charges a commission fee on each sale. Current fee schedules are available in your seller dashboard.

5. Order Fulfillment

Sellers must ship orders within the timeframe specified in their shipping settings. Failure to fulfill orders in a timely manner may result in account suspension.

6. Returns & Refunds

Sellers must comply with the 09USA.com return policy. Refunds must be processed within 5 business days of receiving a returned item.

7. Payments

Seller payouts are processed according to the payout schedule in your seller dashboard. 09USA.com reserves the right to hold funds for dispute resolution.

8. Account Suspension

09USA.com may suspend or terminate seller accounts for violation of these terms, poor performance metrics, or customer complaints.

9. Modifications

09USA.com reserves the right to modify these Seller Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
