09USA Return & Refund Policy — full refund (100%) of your payment is guaranteed.

Eligibility

Request is available within 7 days of delivery. Reasons accepted: defect (damaged/broken/missing parts) or wrong item (different from order).

How to request

My Account → Orders → click "Refund / Exchange" next to the item. Select reason, add description, and attach photos (optional, up to 3, 5MB each).

Processing

Sellers respond within 24 business hours. If no reply after 72 business hours (3rd notice), 09USA processes the refund automatically. Weekends (Sat/Sun) and US federal holidays are excluded from business days.

Refund Amount — 100% of payment

Refund = product + shipping + tax. All paid amounts are returned in full to your original payment card. Card statement reflects the refund within 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer.

Separate shipment per seller

09USA ships each seller's items separately. Even if an order contains multiple sellers' items, they're packed individually — refund requests go directly to that seller.
