1. About Our Platform

09USA.com is a marketplace that connects buyers in the United States with verified sellers offering curated products at special pricing. Because our products are sourced through bulk arrangements, order processing and fulfillment may differ from traditional e-commerce.

2. Account Registration

To place an order, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. How It Works

Products on 09USA.com are offered through campaigns. Prices are available for a limited time and may depend on minimum order quantities being met. Once a campaign closes, orders are processed and shipped by the respective seller.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).
  • Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
  • Payment is processed securely via Stripe at the time of order placement.
  • By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times vary by seller and product. Estimated delivery times are displayed on each product page.
  • Due to the nature of our platform, shipping may take longer than standard e-commerce orders as products are consolidated and dispatched after the campaign closes.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items.
  • You must request a return within 7 days of delivery.
  • Due to the nature of our platform, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse. Orders are placed in bulk based on confirmed demand, making general returns impractical.
  • To request a return, log in to your account, go to My Orders, and submit a return request through the order page. The request will be sent to the seller for review.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

7. Seller Responsibilities

Each seller on 09USA.com is independently responsible for the accuracy of their product listings, fulfillment, and customer service. 09USA.com facilitates the marketplace but does not manufacture or directly ship products.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on 09USA.com—including logos, text, images, and software—is the property of Space Rocket Brands, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 09USA.com and Space Rocket Brands, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any products purchased through it.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Modifications
