  • Your credit card information is sent directly to Stripe and is never stored on our servers.
  • Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant, the highest level of certification in the payments industry.

When Are You Charged?

Your card is charged at the time you place your order. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, you will receive a full refund for that item.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the shipping address and applicable state and local tax rates. Tax-exempt states include Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, and Oregon.

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is not available at this time.

How Shipping Works

09USA.com is a marketplace with multiple sellers. Each seller handles their own shipping, which means:

  • Shipping rates and delivery times may vary by seller.
  • If you order from multiple sellers, you may receive separate packages.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the seller's shipping settings.
  • Products from Korean sellers are fulfilled through a U.S.-based 3PL (third-party logistics) provider and shipped domestically within the U.S.

Estimated Delivery Times

Expedited Shipping 2 – 3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the seller's location and shipping carrier. Sellers will provide tracking information once your order has shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order by logging into your account and visiting My Orders.

Shipping Issues

If your package is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact us with your order number and we will work with the seller to resolve the issue.
