Our Return Policy

At 09USA.com, products are sourced through campaigns where sellers place bulk orders based on confirmed customer demand. Because of this model, our return policy differs from traditional online stores.

When Can I Return?

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Defective item — The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • Damaged in shipping — The product arrived broken or damaged.
  • Wrong item — You received a different product than what you ordered.

Return Window

You must submit a return request within 7 business days of receiving your order (weekends are not counted).

What's NOT Eligible for Return?

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Incorrect size, color, or style selection
  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered
  • Items without original packaging

Why? Our orders are based on confirmed demand—sellers source and ship products specifically based on the orders received. This makes general returns impractical and would increase costs for all buyers. We appreciate your understanding.

How to Request a Return

  1. Log in to your 09USA.com account.
  2. Go to My Orders and find the order containing the item you want to return.
  3. Click "Return" (or "Request Return") next to the order.
  4. Select the item(s) you wish to return, choose a reason, and upload photos of the defect or damage.
  5. Submit the return request. It will be sent directly to the seller for review.
  6. The seller will respond within 1–3 business days with approval or follow-up questions.
  7. If approved, follow the seller's return shipping instructions.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to seller error.
