These Seller Terms and Conditions ("Seller Terms") govern your use of the 09USA.com marketplace as a seller. By registering as a seller, you agree to these terms.

1. Seller Registration

To sell on 09USA.com, you must complete the seller registration process and provide accurate business information. We reserve the right to approve or reject any seller application.

2. Product Listings

Sellers are responsible for ensuring that their product listings are accurate, complete, and comply with all applicable laws. Prohibited items include but are not limited to counterfeit goods, illegal substances, and hazardous materials.

3. Pricing & Fees

Sellers set their own product prices. 09USA.com charges a commission fee on each sale. Current fee schedules are available in your seller dashboard.

4. Order Fulfillment

Sellers must ship orders within the timeframe specified in their shipping settings. Failure to fulfill orders in a timely manner may result in account suspension.

5. Returns & Refunds

Sellers must comply with the 09USA.com return policy. Refunds must be processed within 5 business days of receiving a returned item.

6. Payments

Seller payouts are processed according to the payout schedule in your seller dashboard. 09USA.com reserves the right to hold funds for dispute resolution.

7. Account Suspension

09USA.com may suspend or terminate seller accounts for violation of these terms, poor performance metrics, or customer complaints.

8. Modifications

09USA.com reserves the right to modify these Seller Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
